Analysis of Trajectory Tracking Characteristics of a Magnetically Driven Oil-Free Scroll Compressor

چکیده
The conventional scroll compressor cannot run oil-free because of wear and tear lubrication problems during operation due to some parts, such as anti-rotation devices. magnetic drive (MDOFSC) uses a contactless method avoid this drawback. In order solve the swing problem orbiting MDOFSC, decentralized control centralized are used study trajectory tracking characteristics. Firstly, structure working principle MDOFSC introduced, system’s circuit differential analyzed. Then, dynamic model under condition non-compressed gas is established, coordinate matrix decoupling analyze relationship between degree freedom system measurement distance displacement sensor. Finally, simulated experimentally studied PID control, experimental comparison conducted. results show that dramatically improves ability system.
